Where is Sprockets Cycles based?
Sprockets Cycles is at Ayr Road, Kilmarnock, KA1 5LF. Call 01563 526800. We deliver across the UK and accept in-store collection.
Do you offer free UK delivery?
Free delivery on accessories, parts and clothing over £75 to UK mainland addresses. Bikes, e-bikes and TentBox products ship separately under our Bike in a Box service, with rates calculated at checkout. Remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) may incur a surcharge.
Can I pay with the Cycle to Work scheme?
Yes. We accept Cyclescheme, Halfords Cycle 2 Work, Cycle Solutions and Bike 2 Work vouchers both in store and online. The scheme saves most riders 25 to 42 percent on a new bike depending on tax band.
Do you offer bike servicing?
Yes. Our CYTECH-certified mechanics service all major bike and e-bike brands using Park Tool, Snap-On and Rozone equipment. We are a Shimano Service Centre with an on-site Shimano bike fit studio for professional bike fitting.
What brands do you stock?
Trek, Giant, Liv, Whyte, Santa Cruz, Marin, Hoy, Hope Tech, Orbea, Pivot and more. We are an authorised dealer for the brands we stock, so every bike and component is genuine and covered by the manufacturer warranty.
