SPROCKETS CYCLES WORKSHOP

Sprockets cycles reputation isn’t just built on our level of service, it’s fuelled with our genuine passion and respect for the biking community. The Sprockets Workshop team are all riders themselves and pride themselves on the level of service they provide.
With Cytec level 2, Mavic and Shimano Di2 training and a Shimano Test Centre certificate, our mechanics are trained and ready to help.
Just south of Glasgow the Sprockets team are here to keep your mountain, road, gravel, and e-bike moving. Our state-of-the-art workshop is the only Shimano Service centre in Ayrshire and we only use the highest quality tools and products on your bike.

What is a Shimano Service Centre?

Shimano Service Centres are a group of independent bike dealers committed to giving you trusted advice and the best service. Regular maintenance is key to keeping your bike on the road or trails. It helps to avoid unnecessary costs and also increases the life span of your bike. The combined experience of our team takes the guessing out of diagnosis. Rather than trying to work out what that “weird noise” is yourself, hand over to our qualified technicians.

Magura Pro Shop

All our team ride Magura – and for good reason. We are fully qualified to work on all Magura products in our Magura Pro Shop at Sprockets Cycles and we get regular training sessions, updates, and first release on all products.

Why service your bike?

A regular bike service keeps it running like clockwork and gives you peace of mind. You want to have safe and enjoyable times when cycling on roads, trails, or out on a family run with the kids. You might also be storing up bigger and costlier problems down the line if you don’t keep your bike in good shape.

Why choose Sprockets Cycles to get your bike serviced or repaired?

Sprockets Cycles is e-bike approved for Shimano, a Bosch motor service centre, and Scotland’s only Go Cycle service centre.

The Shimano certificate shows that we continually meet the highest standards at Sprockets Cycles, and gives you the confidence that you’re in the safest pair of hands, regardless of whether you bought your bike from us or not.

This puts us out in front of your average bike shop because not only can we service your bike professionally and speedily, we can also offer you first-hand advice on any cycling-related issue.

We have wheel-building facilities for any truing or custom-build needs, and we can carry out front and rear suspension services as well as service your dropper posts.
