Standard UK Mainland Delivery
Free Delivery: Orders over £75 qualify for free delivery (2 working day service)
Standard Delivery: £5.95 for orders under £75 (2 working days)
Bike Delivery: £10 per order (2-10 working days)
E-Bike Delivery: £30 per order (7-10 working days - higher charge due to weight, value, and insurance requirements)
Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Thursday: Dispatched same day for next day delivery
- Orders placed after 12pm Thursday: Dispatched the following Monday
- Parts and accessories: 1-2 working days
- Bikes: 2-10 working days (we prioritize safe, quality delivery over speed)
- Orders involving suppliers may take slightly longer - please enquire if unsure
Remote Area Surcharges
Some UK areas incur additional delivery charges due to courier restrictions and increased postage costs.

- Northern Ireland (all BT postcodes)
- Isle of Man (all IM postcodes)
- Isles of Scilly (TR postcodes)

- One-hour delivery time slot (notified on delivery day)
- Ability to redirect your parcel or select local drop-off points
