Vittoria Air-Liner Tyre Insert
Vittoria presents Air-Liner, the ultimate tire accessory for mountain bike tires. Air-Liner is a foam-based tubular insert for tubeless tires designed to protect the rim, enhance grip and prevent punctures.
This technical foam is made up by a new-generation polymer, and the entire tube comes through coring process. Differently from printing and extrusion - cheaper production processes used for equivalent products available in the market - coring does not alter the chemical structure of the polymer. As a matter of fact, the added value of Air-Liner lays in its high-quality production process.
Air-Liner can be used on both standard wheels and tubeless-ready wheels, with both tubeless and tubeless-ready tires, and with any type of sealant - preferably without ammonia. In addition, it fits any type of valve for tubeless.
Although Air-Liner polymer is slightly dense, it is very resistant. This particular structure provides the insert with light weight without compromising on resistance and duration: Air-Liner weight goes from 160 g to 220 g according to the size, and the product life cycle is 2,000 hours in normal conditions or one-hour run flat - calculation based on a rider of 80 kg of weight.
Air-Liner is designed considering all the demands of each mountain bike discipline:
- Size S - Cross-Country / Marathon - from 1.9" to 2.2"
- Size M - All Mountain / Enduro - from 2.25" to 2.5"
- Size L - Enduro / Plus - from 2.5" to 2.7"
- Size XL - Plus / Fat - from 2.7" to 4.0"

Delivery is charged at £5.95 for standard delivery to UK mainland (see below for exceptions). Next working day delivery available for £6.95 if order before 1pm. Bikes are subject to £10.00 carriage charge. Exceptions can be found below. E-Bikes are subject to £30.00 carriage charge due to higher weight and value involved for insurance purposes.
Free delivery is available for orders over £75 and is a 2 working day service.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday will be shipped the same day for next day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm Thursday and onwards will be shipped on Monday.
DUE TO THE CURRENT HIGH DEMAND, DELIVERY TIME FOR BIKES IS 3-5 DAYS. ALL PARTS AND ACCESSORIES ARE STILL 1-2 DAYS.

DPD offer an excellent delivery service, with full tracking information and an hour time slot given on the day of delivery. You can also change the destination of your parcel, including local drop off points.

This period begins the day your order is delivered and ends 14 days from the day you receive your order and applies only to the conditions below.

RETURNING ACCESSORIES
The goods must be returned within 14 days from the day they are received/signed for.
Goods that are unsuitable, ordered by mistake or size errors must be returned at your cost in their original condition along with all packaging intact & paperwork intact and in a re-sellable condition, in these cases postage costs will not be refunded. If a replacement size is needed by yourself there will be an additional £3.95 delivery charge. If returning goods within the 14 day policy, you are under a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until they are returned.
You should retain proof of postage until we inform you that the returned items have been received safely by us. We will not take responsibility for lost mail unless a signature has been attained for the item at Sprockets Cycles.
DAMAGED GOODS
If your goods are damaged in transit, we need to be notified of the damages within 24 hours of delivery to set up a claim with our courier company.
Items that are damaged or delivered in error are subject to the same basic conditions & expectations, however, should any claim for the above be valid, we will promptly refund any postage costs.
Please ensure you send a legible cover note including your receipt & contact details with all returns. This will provide clarity on the reason for return of the item & speed up the returns process.
*Unfortunately, exchanges or refunds are not allowed if the Goods have been specially made to order, personalized or altered to fit. These items do however come with their applicable warranty periods.
