Mudhugger, EVO Bolt-On, Default fitting for FOX
Mudhugger have had the benefit of designing the new Mudhugger EVO around the latest FOX 36 and 38’s and Rockshox ZEB (not compatible with 38mm offset ZEB) and new Domain to avoid the problem of the crown hitting the mudguard at full compression that other mudguards suffer from (adapter bracket required for ZEB) but still compatible with older (2017 onwards) FOX forks 34 and 36 (including Fox/Marzocchi) which have bolt holes. *not compatible with Marzocchi Bomber Z2 (no bolt holes in fork brace).
For 2022 onwards Fox 34 you'll need to use the Quick Fit Kit For Front EVO Mudhugger kit as the fork brace is hollow and the bolts have very little to tighten to.
Sadly the Fox 34 stepcast fork is too narrow to accept the EVO Mudhugger.
Also compatible with Ohlins RXF and DH forks (adapter bracket required, see link above).
Compatible with RS RECON GOLD & SLIVER 35. Use the angle adjuster shim included in the default fitting kit along with the 6mm bolt (sold seperately) see link above.
PLEASE NOTE - For all Downhill forks (not compatible with older 650b FOX 40's) we have the Quick Fit Kit For Front EVO Mudhugger which are used to brace the Hugger in the wider DH forks. You will still need to order the separate adapter for Ohlins DH forks.

Bolts directly to the back of the fork brace. Default FOX kit supplied with rubber pads, bolts, washers and hex key to install to your FOX forks. For ZEB, new Domain, Recon, DVO and Ohlins an ADAPTER PACK is required, sold separately (see above).

Delivery is charged at £5.95 for standard delivery to UK mainland (see below for exceptions). Next working day delivery available for £6.95 if order before 1pm. Bikes are subject to £10.00 carriage charge. Exceptions can be found below. E-Bikes are subject to £30.00 carriage charge due to higher weight and value involved for insurance purposes.
Free delivery is available for orders over £75 and is a 2 working day service.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday will be shipped the same day for next day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm Thursday and onwards will be shipped on Monday.
DUE TO THE CURRENT HIGH DEMAND, DELIVERY TIME FOR BIKES IS 3-5 DAYS. ALL PARTS AND ACCESSORIES ARE STILL 1-2 DAYS.

DPD offer an excellent delivery service, with full tracking information and an hour time slot given on the day of delivery. You can also change the destination of your parcel, including local drop off points.

RETURNING ACCESSORIES
The goods must be returned within 14 days from the day they are received/signed for.
Goods that are unsuitable, ordered by mistake or size errors must be returned at your cost in their original condition along with all packaging intact & paperwork intact and in a re-sellable condition, in these cases postage costs will not be refunded. If a replacement size is needed by yourself there will be an additional £3.95 delivery charge. If returning goods within the 14 day policy, you are under a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until they are returned.
You should retain proof of postage until we inform you that the returned items have been received safely by us. We will not take responsibility for lost mail unless a signature has been attained for the item at Sprockets Cycles.
DAMAGED GOODS
If your goods are damaged in transit, we need to be notified of the damages within 24 hours of delivery to set up a claim with our courier company.
Items that are damaged or delivered in error are subject to the same basic conditions & expectations, however, should any claim for the above be valid, we will promptly refund any postage costs.
Please ensure you send a legible cover note including your receipt & contact details with all returns. This will provide clarity on the reason for return of the item & speed up the returns process.
*Unfortunately, exchanges or refunds are not allowed if the Goods have been specially made to order, personalized or altered to fit. These items do however come with their applicable warranty periods.
