With a low step-through frame, smooth, intuitive electric support, and fully integrated everyday features, it softens hills, headwinds, and stop-and-go moments, keeping things feeling effortless even when everything else isn’t.
FEELS RIGHT FROM THE START
A low, wide step-through frame makes getting on and off easy, even with cargo and frequent stops. An upright position, swept-back handlebars, and suspension in the fork and seatpost create a stable, comfortable ride across city streets and bike paths. Hydraulic disc brakes provide consistent, reliable stopping power, so everything feels controlled from the first pedal.
SUPPORT THAT STAYS WITH YOU
The SyncDrive Core 2 motor delivers smooth assistance up to 25 km/h, with Smart Assist adjusting automatically as you ride. There’s nothing to manage or figure out — it responds naturally to your pace and the road ahead. EnergyPak Smart batteries (500Wh or 625Wh) provide a practical range of approximately 60–140 km, helping take the question out of how far you can go.
READY WHEN YOU ARE
A frame-mounted front basket provides a stable, easy-access carrying solution for everyday items. Integrated front and rear lights, full fenders, and a kickstand make the bike ready for daily use. Built-in security features, including E-lock and Apple Find My, help you keep track of your bike when you step away, while low-maintenance drivetrain options and Liv retailer support keep ownership simple over time.
We aim to provide efficient delivery on all packages to mainland UK addresses. There are some areas where we will need to charge slightly more due to postage costs such as Highlands & Islands, Southern Ireland & Isle of Man.
Delivery is charged at £5.95 for standard delivery to UK mainland (see below for exceptions). Next working day delivery available for £6.95 if order before 1pm. Bikes are subject to £10.00 carriage charge. Exceptions can be found below. E-Bikes are subject to £30.00 carriage charge due to higher weight and value involved for insurance purposes.
Free delivery is available for orders over £75 and is a 2 working day service.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday will be shipped the same day for next day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm Thursday and onwards will be shipped on Monday.
DUE TO THE CURRENT HIGH DEMAND, DELIVERY TIME FOR BIKES IS 3-5 DAYS. ALL PARTS AND ACCESSORIES ARE STILL 1-2 DAYS.

DPD offer an excellent delivery service, with full tracking information and an hour time slot given on the day of delivery. You can also change the destination of your parcel, including local drop off points.

We are confident that you will be very happy with the products you purchase from us but if you do change your mind we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all online purchases except in the one circumstance listed below*. This period begins the day your order is delivered and ends 14 days from the day you receive your order and applies only to the conditions below.

If you wish to return an item that has already been received, please call or e-mail where a member of our staff will be happy to advise you and guide you through any item of the returns process.

RETURNING ACCESSORIES
The goods must be returned within 14 days from the day they are received/signed for.
Goods that are unsuitable, ordered by mistake or size errors must be returned at your cost in their original condition along with all packaging intact & paperwork intact and in a re-sellable condition, in these cases postage costs will not be refunded. If a replacement size is needed by yourself there will be an additional £3.95 delivery charge. If returning goods within the 14 day policy, you are under a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until they are returned.
You should retain proof of postage until we inform you that the returned items have been received safely by us. We will not take responsibility for lost mail unless a signature has been attained for the item at Sprockets Cycles.
DAMAGED GOODS
If your goods are damaged in transit, we need to be notified of the damages within 24 hours of delivery to set up a claim with our courier company.
Items that are damaged or delivered in error are subject to the same basic conditions & expectations, however, should any claim for the above be valid, we will promptly refund any postage costs.
Please ensure you send a legible cover note including your receipt & contact details with all returns. This will provide clarity on the reason for return of the item & speed up the returns process.
*Unfortunately, exchanges or refunds are not allowed if the Goods have been specially made to order, personalized or altered to fit. These items do however come with their applicable warranty periods.
