At Sprockets, we partner with DPD to provide fast, secure, and fully tracked delivery service that's reliable and quick.

Standard UK Mainland Delivery

Free Delivery: Orders over £75 qualify for free delivery (2 working day service)

Standard Delivery: £5.95 for orders under £75 (2 working days)

Bike Delivery: £10 per order (2-10 working days)

E-Bike Delivery: £30 per order (7-10 working days - higher charge due to weight, value, and insurance requirements)

Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Thursday: Dispatched same day for next day delivery
  • Orders placed after 12pm Thursday: Dispatched the following Monday
  • Parts and accessories: 1-2 working days
  • Bikes: 2-10 working days (we prioritize safe, quality delivery over speed)
  • Orders involving suppliers may take slightly longer - please enquire if unsure

Remote Area Surcharges

Some UK areas incur additional delivery charges due to courier restrictions and increased postage costs.

Areas Affected:

  • Northern Ireland (all BT postcodes)
  • Isle of Man (all IM postcodes)
  • Isles of Scilly (TR postcodes)
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands including:
    • Outer Hebrides (HS postcodes)
    • Shetland (ZE postcodes)
    • Inverness & Highlands (IV postcodes)
    • Orkney (KW postcodes)
    • Selected remote areas in Aberdeenshire, Argyll, Perthshire, and Western Isles

Remote Area Shipping Costs:

  • Standard items: £15 surcharge
  • Bikes: £20 surcharge
  • E-Bikes: £35 surcharge
  • Tentbox products: £50 flat rate (applies to all UK destinations)

DPD Tracking & Delivery Options

All shipments include:

  • Full tracking information
  • One-hour delivery time slot (notified on delivery day)
  • Ability to redirect your parcel or select local drop-off points
  • Saturday delivery available at extra cost - please call for details

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Please contact us for quotes and delivery options.

Important Notes

  • Free delivery does NOT apply to remote areas, bikes, e-bikes, or tentbox products
  • During high demand periods, bike delivery may experience delays
  • All delivery times are working days (Monday-Friday)
  • Remote area charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your postcode
