The Frog 74 is a 26-inch kid’s hybrid bike that is the ideal multi-purpose geared bike, suitable for 12-14 year-olds. This premium bike’s lightweight, yet robust aluminium frame weighs just 9.55kg, giving young riders great agility as they conquer roads, pavements, towpaths and forest trails. Equipped with Kenda small block eight tyres ensure maximum stability and grip on any terrain. It also offers full-length mudguards to protect against dirt and splashes, the option to attach a kickstand to the frame to keep the bike upright, and the option to add a pannier rack for hassle-free transportation of school books and sports equipment.
The Frog 74 features premium components made specifically for kids to bring ease and comfort to every young rider, including a quick-release child-specific saddle that effortlessly adjusts to provide the perfect riding position. RETURNING ACCESSORIES
The goods must be returned within 14 days from the day they are received/signed for.
Goods that are unsuitable, ordered by mistake or size errors must be returned at your cost in their original condition along with all packaging intact & paperwork intact and in a re-sellable condition, in these cases postage costs will not be refunded. If a replacement size is needed by yourself there will be an additional £3.95 delivery charge. If returning goods within the 14 day policy, you are under a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until they are returned.
You should retain proof of postage until we inform you that the returned items have been received safely by us. We will not take responsibility for lost mail unless a signature has been attained for the item at Sprockets Cycles.
DAMAGED GOODS
If your goods are damaged in transit, we need to be notified of the damages within 24 hours of delivery to set up a claim with our courier company.
Items that are damaged or delivered in error are subject to the same basic conditions & expectations, however, should any claim for the above be valid, we will promptly refund any postage costs.
Please ensure you send a legible cover note including your receipt & contact details with all returns. This will provide clarity on the reason for return of the item & speed up the returns process.
*Unfortunately, exchanges or refunds are not allowed if the Goods have been specially made to order, personalized or altered to fit. These items do however come with their applicable warranty periods.
