SIS GO + Electrolyte Energy Gel
The GO Energy + Electrolyte gels build on the established science of the GO Isotonic Energy gel, the world's first and only truly isotonic energy gel.
The gel not only delivers a rapid supply of easily digestible carbohydrates (22 grams) for energy, but also provides 118mg sodium, 9.5mg potassium and 1.5mg magnesium per gel.

When should I have this versus your other gels? - Aim for 1 x GO Isotonic Energy Gel and 2 x GO Isotonic Energy Gels per hour during exercise lasting over 90 minutes. 1 x GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel can also be consumed before exercise to ensure electrolytes are available for fluid absorption.
Why do I need to have electrolytes? - During exercise, electrolytes are lost through sweating and must be replaced in order to maintain fluid balance and prevent dehydration.
Do they taste salty? - The gels do not taste salty and are available in refreshing raspberry and lemon & mint flavours.
Are these gels Isotonic? - The GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel is not isotonic as the addition of electrolytes increases the concentration.
Are these 'natural'? - GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel contains natural flavourings.
Do these contain aspartame? - No, Gels do not contain aspartame.
Will they fit in my cycle jersey pocket? - Yes! All GO Gels are lightweight, compact and designed to fit in jersey pockets, cycle bags and waist packs. They are pressure tested, so don't worry about the packaging tearing or bursting during exercise.
We aim to provide quick and cheap delivery on most packages to mainland UK addresses, there are some areas where we will need to charge slightly extra due to postage costs such as Highlands & Islands, Southern Ireland & Isle of Man.
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £5.95 for all orders under £50, and free for all orders of £50 and above.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be shipped the same day for next day delivery. Orders placed after 2pm Thursday and onwards will be shipped on Monday.
Bike Orders placed by 12pm Monday to Thursday are usually shipped the following day, in some cases it may take an extra day. Any weekend orders are shipped on the Monday.
We use DPD for all our shipments:
DPD offer an excellent delivery service, with full tracking information and an hour time slot given on the day of delivery. You can also change the destination of your parcel, including local drop off points.

Unfortunately due to the policies of our chosen shipping companies we regret that we will have to apply a separate charge to selected postcodes in the UK for some of our packages. We are confident that you will be very happy with the products you purchase from us but if you do change your mind we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all online purchases except in the one circumstance listed below*. This period begins the day your order is delivered and ends 14 days from the day you receive your order and applies only to the conditions below.

If you wish to return an item that has already been received, please call or e-mail where a member of our staff will be happy to advise you and guide you through any item of the returns process.
The goods must be returned within 14 days from the day they are received/signed for.
Goods that are unsuitable, ordered by mistake or size errors must be returned at your cost in their original condition along with all packaging intact & paperwork intact and in a re-sellable condition, in these cases postage costs will not be refunded. If a replacement size is needed by yourself there will be an additional £3.95 delivery charge. If returning goods within the 14 day policy, you are under a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until they are returned.
You should retain proof of postage until we inform you that the returned items have been received safely by us. We will not take responsibility for lost mail unless a signature has been attained for the item at Sprockets Cycles.
If your goods are damaged in transit, we need to be notified of the damages within 24 hours of delivery to set up a claim with our courier company.
Items that are damaged or delivered in error are subject to the same basic conditions & expectations, however, should any claim for the above be valid, we will promptly refund any postage costs.
Please ensure you send a legible cover note including your receipt & contact details with all returns. This will provide clarity on the reason for return of the item & speed up the returns process.
*Unfortunately, exchanges or refunds are not allowed if the Goods have been specially made to order, personalized or altered to fit. These items do however come with their applicable warranty periods.
