Terms & Conditions for Click and Collect
To avoid disappointment, please do not begin your journey to the store until we have confirmed your click & collect order is ready. Once you have this, please remember you’ll need to bring your confirmation email, some photo ID and the card you used to pay.
How will I know my order is ready?
With Clothing, parts and accessories. We will email you when your order is ready to collect. This will usually be within one hour when ordered before 4pm and by 10am the following day for items ordered after 4pm.
With bike orders we will contact you by telephone to make a collection appointment for your new bike. Some bikes take longer to build than others and also have various complex setups to consider. During peak periods lead times on bikes may take a little longer.
What do I need to bring when I collect my order?
You will need to show your confirmation email, photo ID (driving license or passport) and the credit/debit card used for payment. Please note that only the account holder may collect the order. We’ll hold your order for 7 days after which we will cancel it and issue a full refund. We will send you reminders during the pending period. If you have any trouble collecting your order please contact us.
How do I cancel or amend my Click & Collect order?

How do I return my Click & Collect order?
If you find your items unsuitable then you can return them on the spot for an instant refund/exchange. Normal warranties and our standard returns policy still applies to click and collect orders.
